Once our shipping deadlines have passed, Amazon Gift Cards are a great way to earn referral fees through the rest of the holiday shopping season. Amazon.com Gift Card referrals will earn a flat 6% referral rate. They can be sent via email, an e-card, or on paper through snail mail (gift cards ordered by December 16th will be delivered by December 24th).
